We do not accept knock-off or fake LEGO® figures.
How do you check my LEGO® figures & parts?
Our quality control team performs a hand inspection of all LEGO® figures to ensure they meet our condition guidelines.
For Fast Track Selling and Value My Minifigures, every figure is examined to verify condition and authenticity.
Parts & Accessories undergo a general quality check to be sorted into categories and tiers before being weighed for final valuation.
What happens if you can't accept my LEGO® figures & parts?
If we find any LEGO® figures or parts & accessories that don't meet our condition or authenticity guidelines, we'll email you with your options.
You can choose to have us dispose of these items on your behalf, or we can return them to you.
Please note that you will be responsible for the return postage costs detailed below:
